The first 55-minute class is Full Body. Using interval training techniques that combine cardio and conditioning to target the upper body, lower body and core, you will burn calories and create long, lean muscles. The second 55-minute workout is Dance Cardio. A high intensity workout, with easy to follow choreography that will leave you dripping in sweat but smiling ear to ear. Designed for all fitness levels, the two 55-minute signature workouts use minimal equipment. All you need is a mat, a towel and 3 or 5lb hand weights.
