ABC News enters the world of the paranormal, examining two supernatural mysteries that have believers convinced and skeptics crying "bunk." Penn State student Cindy Song disappeared without a trace. With no strong leads, detectives turned to a paranormal source for assistance. ABC News follows along with North Hollywood 'psychic detective' Carla Baron as she tries to communicate with the missing woman's spirit and finally bring closure to her tragic story. ABC News tells the story of a young Lafayette, LA, boy whose parents believe he is the reincarnation of a dead World War II fighter pilot. At the age of two, James Leininger began to have vivid dreams about crashing in an airplane. He also inexplicably seemed to know details about old fighter planes. After doing some research, parents Andrea and Bruce Leininger became convinced their son had a previous life as James Huston, who was shot down during a mission over the Pacific. ABC News reports why some people-including the dead man's sister-believe this is a completely plausible explanation for the boy's strange behavior, while others says it's hokum. Also, ABC News reports that a Denver-based mining company may have provided funding to a brutal Philippine terrorist group with links to al Qaeda. Allan Laird, a former executive with the Echo Bay mining company-which has since merged with Canada's Kinross Corporation - alleges that, in the mid 1990s, the company paid the Abu Sayyaf and other groups upwards of $2 million in cash and other services to guarantee the safety of its personnel and operations.
