Both workouts require great form and precise execution: there are no over-the-top positions and no over-stressing impact on the joints. So instead of focusing on moves like cleans and snatches, I have focused on the swings because the swings are the keystone in KB training. What if I told you that you could get into fantastic cardio shape by doing as little as four minutes of exercise? Sound too good to be true? Not when it comes to Tabata training. Tabata training has been around for a very long time but has recently been gaining more and more popularity in the fitness industry.
